What Our Community Chose

17/07/25

Thousands of members responded to the survey we sent out, and the results are clear: the top priority for our community is to oppose the war in Gaza and refuse complicity in war crimes.

Alongside the urgent need to focus on a deal that brings everyone home and ends the war, the campaigns that ranked second and third in the survey results were putting the need for a two-state solution-based agreement at the center of the public agenda and safeguarding equal rights for Palestinian citizens of Israel — both as voters and as elected representatives.

We also received many creative and inspiring suggestions for independent actions from our members. We are still studying and analyzing the results, so that we can continue working together with the Zazim community against a government that is trying to silence civil society organizations.

Over the years, the support of our members has enabled us to bus Bedouin voters from unrecognized villages to the polls, convince pilots to refuse deportation flights, and win countless other victories. Right now, when everything is on the line, it is more important than ever that we continue to act together.
